Delivery: UAE orders placed before 2pm are delivered the next day; orders placed after 2pm arrive within 1–2 days. Delivery is free on orders of AED 350 or more, and AED 25 below that. In Dubai, you can also choose 4-hour delivery for AED 30, free on orders of AED 500 or more (order before 6 pm). We also deliver internationally: GCC and MENA orders usually arrive in 2–5 business days and other destinations in 5–12, with fees shown at checkout. Custom duties, taxes and clearance-related charges are not included in the price and are paid by the customer at the destination.
Returns & exchanges: Easy returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Log in to your account, open your order and tap "Request return". For an exchange, add the size you'd like in the note. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags and original packaging. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear, with the hygiene liner intact. Gift cards, sale items, socks and Band-Aids can't be returned. A return fee of AED 20 applies in the UAE; for orders outside the UAE, all shipping, return and exchange fees are paid by the customer.
