Overview
This website is operated by Matchy World LLC ("Matchy World", "we", "us" or "our"), a company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These Terms of Service apply to everyone who visits matchyworld.com or buys from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchange Policy.
1. Using our website
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable or interfere with it.
2. Products and descriptions
We do our best to show our products, colours and sizes as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and size guides are provided as a guide only. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless another currency is selected, and may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid. Payments are processed securely through our checkout provider.
4. Orders
Once you place an order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
5. Discounts and promotions
Discounts, including Match Your Family offers and welcome codes, are subject to their own conditions shown on the website or at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be exchanged for cash and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
6. Delivery
Delivery times, options and fees are explained in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. For orders outside the UAE, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and related charges.
7. Returns and exchanges
You can request a return or exchange in line with our Returns & Exchange Policy.
8. Gift cards
Gift cards can be used to pay for products on our website, cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable, except where required by law.
9. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Please let us know straight away if you think your account has been used without your permission.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Matchy World or to the brands we work with, and may not be copied or used without written permission.
11. Reviews and comments
If you send us reviews, comments or other content, you confirm it is your own and does not break any law or anyone else's rights, and you allow us to use it on our website and social media.
12. Third-party links and services
Our website may include links to, or services provided by, third parties (for example payment and delivery providers). We are not responsible for their websites, content or practices.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Matchy World is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dubai.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and changes apply from the date they are posted.
