Yes! Matchy World gift cards are available in amounts ranging from AED 200 to AED 1,000. You can send a gift card directly to someone special by entering their email address, adding a personal message and choosing the delivery date.

Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Gift cards can be used across multiple purchases during their validity period until the balance is used up or the card expires. If your order total exceeds the available gift card balance, you can pay the difference using any accepted payment method.

We deliver across the UAE and internationally. The countries we deliver to are shown at checkout.

• UAE: Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 pm. Four-hour delivery is available in Dubai for orders placed before 6 pm.
• GCC and wider MENA region: Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days.
• International destinations: Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days, depending on the destination.

Available delivery options are displayed at checkout.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes and clearance-related charges are not included in your order total. These charges, where applicable, are the customer's responsibility and must be paid at the destination.

Next-day delivery within the UAE is free for orders worth AED 350 or more.

For orders below AED 350, next-day delivery costs AED 25. Four-hour delivery within Dubai costs AED 30, and is free for orders worth AED 500 or more.

For deliveries outside the UAE, shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your delivery details and tracking information, where available.

Yes! We want you to love your Matchy World pieces. If something isn't quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to our return conditions.

1. Log in to your Matchy World account using the account icon at the top of our website and the email address you used to place your order.
2. Open your order and select Request return.
3. Select the item(s) you'd like to return and choose a reason. If you'd like an exchange, please mention your preferred size in the notes.
4. Our team will review your request and email you with the next steps.

Please wait for your return request to be approved before sending any items back.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear, with the hygiene liner intact.

Gift cards, sale items, socks and Band-Aids cannot be returned.

We're sorry if something isn't right with your order. If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please email customercare@matchyworld.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can look into it and help resolve the issue.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

For orders delivered within the UAE, an AED 20 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

For orders delivered outside the UAE, we're happy to assist with returns and exchanges. However, all associated shipping, return and exchange fees, including the cost of shipping replacement items, are the customer's responsibility. Any applicable customs duties, taxes or clearance fees must also be paid by the customer. Original shipping charges and any customs duties or fees already paid are non-refundable.

If your requested replacement size is unavailable, you can choose a full refund to your original payment method or store credit, with no return fee.

Every product page includes a Size Chart tab with the relevant brand's size guide, as sizing can vary between brands. You can also see all brands on our Sizing Guide page.

Kids' swimwear is usually sized by age or height, caps and hats by head circumference, and shoes and socks by EU shoe size.

Need help choosing? Email customercare@matchyworld.com with your child's age and height, or usual size, along with the product you're interested in. We'll be happy to help you find the best fit.

Some items are restocked, while others are available in limited quantities.
